I have sciatic nerve pain and a pinched nerve in my neck. I was hoping this would help. It did. My back was hurting and my nerve was aggravated so I decided to give it a try. I love it! It helped out tremendously. The vibration is awesome, you can actually feel the intensity as well as the heat. It's very comfortable to lie in. It has several different height settings which is a plus so my hunni can get on it.

Great build quality - all the metal bars are heavy and solid. I feel safe inverting without worrying about falling. Assembly was not too difficult but fyi all the screws are lubricated so my hands got a little greasy. The heated massage pad is a unique addition and feels quite nice. I also love the black and red faux leather; it looks very sporty.

This is one of my favorable adjustable/incline benches I’ve used. It’s easy to adjust different inclines. Pretty light for a foldable bench and takes up to little to no room when folded up to store away. The cushions are well padded and materials seems pretty tough so I’m not worried about it getting scuffed up under normal usage. The metal construction is really sturdy no wobble what do ever when using it (not the cheap aluminum ones).

I can’t say enough good things about this squat rack, The design is so thoughtful, it’s stable and compact, with weight storage in the back that keeps my workout area clean . It’s also compatible with 6FT and 7FT barbells, which is perfect since my partner and I use different bar sizes . I feel totally secure lifting on this rack , and it allows us to get full workouts in without needing a ton of equipment.
