Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 30-day warranty for all Yoleo products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please make sure to use the product within the warranty period.
Note: 30 days refers to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, not 30 days from the date of shipment. Warranty claims for products that exceed the 30-day warranty claim request period cannot be processed.

How to apply for warranty:
To apply for warranty, please email yoleo368@outlook.com and provide all relevant information, including:
a. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
b.SKU of defective goods is required
c. Complete description of the problem and clear pictures or videos.

Note: Goods may need to be returned for quality inspection. For defective goods that need to be returned, the warranty of the replacement product will be invalid if the wrong goods are returned or the defective goods are not returned.

Valid proof of purchase (one of the following):

  • Order number purchased online through Yoleo.com
  • Email address provided at time of purchase

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer for:

  • Product returns due to non-proven defects
  • Buyer's mistaken returns
  • Return of personal items
  • Items claimed to be defective but found to be normal after Yoleo quality control inspection
  • Defective item returns for international shipments
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return not made in accordance with the approved warranty process)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Items without adequate proof of purchase
  • Items that are lost or stolen
  • Items that have expired under warranty
  • Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase) days later)
  • Free products
  • Products repaired by third parties
  • External damage
  • Damage caused by product misuse (including but not limited to: misuse or abnormal use, man-made damage, improper equipment operation, improper installation)
  • Purchase from unauthorized dealers
  • Accidents
  • Negligence
  • Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters
  • Voiding the warranty due to modifications, unauthorized parts, accessories or use of components from other manufacturers
  • Normal wear and tear such as loss of gloss, scratches, stains and alkaline etching over time are considered signs of normal use and not manufacturing defects.


Please note that this warranty does not cover issues related to fabrics, seat cushions and leather coverings. However, provided that the original coverings are still accessible, replacement of these components is available at a low cost.

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. No statement by Yoleo.com other than as stated in this policy shall constitute a warranty.
